  • You are located in Malaysia, or purchasing for delivery within Malaysia.

  • We sell packaged Chinese snacks, beverages, and food products sourced from China and other regions.
  • All product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are provided based on supplier/brand data.
  • Actual packaging and flavor may vary slightly due to manufacturer revisions or batch differences.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations printed on products, especially imported items.

3. Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices or promotions at any time without prior notice.
  • Discounts, vouchers, and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be modified unless approved by our support team.
  • Available payment methods include:
    • Online banking / FPX
    • E-wallets (GrabPay, Touch ’n Go, Boost, etc.)
    • Credit/Debit Cards
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, system errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across West Malaysia and East Malaysia, subject to courier availability.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once the parcel is handed to the courier, tracking and logistics are the responsibility of the courier company.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

6. Food Safety & Product Condition

  • All snacks and food items are sealed, packaged, and shipped as received from manufacturers.
  • We ensure items are packed securely, but we are not responsible for minor dents, bent packaging, or cosmetic defects caused during transit that do not affect product safety.
  • Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., chocolate) may melt during delivery. Customers accept this risk.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is severely damaged upon arrival
  • The product has passed expiry before delivery

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  2. Provide photos of the product, packaging, and waybill.

We reserve the right to approve or reject claims based on evidence and policy requirements.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent transactions, may result in account suspension.
