- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
- During sales, festive seasons, or new product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak).
- International shipping may be available soon — please contact our customer service team for inquiries.
Shipping Partners & Delivery Time
- Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service conditions.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.
- Free shipping may apply for orders above a specified minimum amount (as stated during promotions).
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via message or displayed in your account dashboard.
You can use this link to check your delivery status anytime through our courier partner’s website.
3. Order Issues or Delays
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photo evidence (if applicable), and tracking number. We will assist you in filing a report or arranging a replacement/refund where applicable.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Return
Due to the nature of food and snack products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except for:
- Damaged or defective products upon arrival
- Wrong items shipped
- Missing items in your order
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a replacement shipment.
- Shipping fees for approved returns or replacements will be borne by Day Day Mart.
Unauthorized or late return requests may not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or partially consumed food items
